Who:
Higgins Mountain Wind Farm, an equal partnership between 3G Energy Corp (Ont.), Elemental Energy Renewables Inc. (BC) and Stevens Wind Ltd.(NS). Stevens Wind Ltd. is the owner of 3 non-functioning turbines (since 2019) on Higgins Mountain.
Where:
Higgins Mountain in Colchester and Cumberland County. The land is owned by Northern Pulp, a multinational corporation from Indonesia who filed notice to sue the province of NS $450m. Northern Pulp files lawsuit against N.S. government for damages, lost profits | CBC News

On land approximately 6kms Northwest of Debert affecting property from the Folly /Hart Lake area south-east of Highway 4, bordered by East Folly Mountain and back towards Central and East New Annan. Also on land owned by Northern Pulp.
